I had a great experience with All Care. All of the nurses were great and very professional. I had one nurse go above and beyond and answer questions for me on a Friday night around midnight. I will definitely use All Care again if I ever need home health in the future and I would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. The first call I received from Kim, in the billing dept., was while I was still in the hospital. She called at 10pm and disturbed my sleep. Kim also made 2 more calls to me about my bill & what I owe. Kim is not prepared when she calls & demands money before it has a chance to go through my insurance co. On these 3 calls, Kim was always confused & would make me wait while she got her thoughts together to continue her sentence. I don’t recommend this Co.!!!!! I had a hip replacement 2 years ago, and my home healthcare provider was great. Very professional & on time & NEVER called me concerning my bill. They, as most companies worked everything out with my insurance co., and sent me a bill for anything that my Insurance Co. didn’t cover! If I could switch companies I would. I hate the thought of this awful co. Receive any money from my ins. Co., or me !!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional. My son is a patient of theirs and they dropped the ball getting the drs orders for the new recert. I texted his nurse Sunday and was informed at that time they were having trouble getting it, but they were working on it so I texted nurse Monday night and was told they still didn’t have it. But yet no one called me from the office to let me know there was an issue. I texted the dr Monday night and he took care of it this morning. I have to have Christy call me that was at 9 am and at this moment there has not been a call so apparently the care of my son doesn’t matter. I spoke to Carrie and I asked her who did they speak to at the drs ofc and she informed me she didn’t know they didn’t write the name down. I asked when did they call only dates she could give me was 2/28 and 3/02. She stated the last order that was signed was 10/19. So that would have been good till Dec. I called my sons pcp and they said the last time they talked to them was in Dec and nothing until March 2 so apparently they weren’t to concerned. I for the life of me don’t understand how a company can operate that way. I believe Christy is the owner but wouldn’t know cause she won’t return a called I called and spoke to Kim at 3:30 and she was going to pass the message on again. When is it the clients responsibility to make sure the nurse is coming? Why wouldn’t they keep an open line of communication. Not once did Carrie apologize for the lack of care. She informed me the week wasn’t over yet. But yet they weren’t doing anything at all. It took 1 message from me to the dr to take care of what they couldn’t take care of in months. This is beyond ridiculous!
Based on the name alone I would expect professionalism. I have not used their actual services but if I call and you just say hey this is__ and you don’t know the answer to my question (which is fine), place me on HOLD then the next employee should take over the call. I shouldn’t hear the exchange between you and the other person.
Currently a patient in this company's care and I called to speak with a nurse 4 times since 7am and never received a call back. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company. 10-23-20 Company finally responding to negative experience and rating 9 mos after the fact says it all imo.
