Wow!! I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. I had to take my mom to urgent care. She was cooking and hot oil splashed/exploded all over her face, arm, and chest. We did a walk in. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone took care of my mom with such gentle care. I think they knew she was feeling really sad. I mean it’s her face! I would be just as devastated. I cant thank this team enough for taking care of my mom with such kindness and answering all of our questions. It completely changed my mom’s mood and she couldn’t stop gushing about them on the way home. Special shout out to the nurse (I didn’t catch her name, but she is Bolivian) and Dr. Ezra Morgan. Literally the best doctor’s visit we’ve had.

Amazing customer service. Dr. Burke was very nice and listened to all my concerns in my virtual visit. He addressed my concerns very well and to be safe ordered me a covid test. I was in the middle of a move so he ordered both a rapid and lab test so I had some answers before the lab came back. Lab was also very quick and only took 24 hours. It was very appreciated as i was able to get negative test confirmation before my friends helped me move. The appointment coordinator lady was also very nice and helpful. She coordinated other concerns I had after my appointment with the doctor and got me very timely answers. Overall, i could not have been more pleased with the help I received from the Ballston location and would recommend them to anyone.

Update: They never followed up. **Warning: This company bills for unauthorized services.** I went in for an annual physical and bloodwork after my doctor moved further away, and I ended up with a small bill for a test that wasn't covered under the wellness visit. After several attempts to contact the billing department, the representative tried to convince me that it was my fault for not knowing they were going to bill for that specific test. This would have required me to get a list of billing codes and the lab's billing number **before** the appointment, which is not only unreasonable, it's insane. After a couple of minutes arguing with me, she simply **hung up.** Further calls and messages went unanswered. **Second warning: Phone and email functions do not work.** I also needed antibiotics for an ear infection at this visit. But there is apparently no direct line to the clinic -- you instead have to be manually transferred from the offsite call center. This is a minor inconvenience unless you're trying to contact the clinic on a Saturday, when they're open but the call center is closed. So I instead sent a message through the online portal. My doctor seemingly responded, saying I should come back in if the second dose didn't cure it. But when I did, she was shocked to see me, and assured me that she was not the one who sent the message under her name. If that's true, then other doctors or staff members are sending messages under other accounts. I'm not sure how this place is even in business. It's an illustration of how broken the health care system truly is, even for a place that has branded itself as innovative. Good luck to you if you go here.

This was my first visit to AllCare and it was excellent. I was looking for a new primary care practice for me and my family and the fact that it consists of family physicians appealed most to me - one stop shop for the whole family!! The offices were clean and updated and the front desk staff and medical assistant were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Burke spent time with me to understand my concerns and made it feel like a partnership in my health care. I’m really happy with the decision to move to this practice.

I had a really good experience. Dr. Michael Burke was really helpful and explained everything I needed to know, and where to go and get tested. Overall, I was really satisfied with the service. I was also satisfied with the Customer service representative as well as the Billing clerk. Both were really helpful and answered all my questions. Overall, I felt really satisfied with their support, guidance and advice.

Dr. Burke is AMAZING! Quick, and absolutely listened to everything that I described that was wrong with me. I’m definitely switching him to my new primary doctor. The wait time was close to nothing, and they are open late which is great because I work late. The office is soo clean and bright. Front desk support is very quick with processing everything. My fear because of the location was that I would have a long wait time and it was the complete opposite.

If you actually need to be seen by a doctor, my advice is don’t go here because they won’t actually see you. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 pm and logged in 5 minutes early, which was asked of me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called the receptionist who told me that no one was in the virtual appointment because I needed to submit my insurance card and ID, which I immediately did. I kept on waiting after submitting the information they needed, called the receptionist who told me to “hold tight.” At 3:40, the doctor was still not in the virtual appointment. I called again, where they immediately put me on hold. I looked online to see whether the doctor had any upcoming appointments, which he did— his schedule was completely open. Absolutely absurd customer service, with no explanation on why everything was set up so awfully.
