I did an online (virtual) visit. I really appreciate the ease of booking. I was able to get an appointment a few days ahead of my visit, and I also needed to make a follow up appointment for in-person, and I was able to book that for a week later. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. I had trouble logging on at first, and I called the receptionist and could get through to her immediately, and they helped me immediately.

I visited this location for covid testing yesterday. I would never go back again. I was treated so poorly. I was abused by the healthcare worker who completed my covid test. Her name is Nadia. I had a very painful experience. Please go to patient first or another urgent care for proper treatment. I regret my decision to go to this urgent care. This covid testing site should be investigated for mistreatment and harassment.

I could not ask for better care. Appointments are easy to book, available, and the quality of care is second to none. Dr. Rodrigo is a fantastic provider - thorough, caring, and has an overall great personality. I've been coming here for 2 1/2 years and will continue to do so. Thank you AllCare!

Worst experience ever. I went here because of all the good reviews. First, I had to make an appointment (no walk-ins). I made an appointment, when I got there, they told me I didn't have an appointment. I waited for the doctor, who apparently forgot about me. The doctor spent 2 seconds with me, and told me to go to the ER. I then got a bill for almost 700. I called and asked the billing, and they told me this was the cost for a referral to the ER and there was nothing that could be done. It's absolutely ridiculous...

Super easy to set up an account and make an appointment. Really convenient for me and there are so many different times for all schedules. Yasan was a great doctor and the nurses were nice making the shots painless and easy. Really happy I found this place
