Our organization has used Allied Telecom Group, LLC for over 5 years for our organization telephone needs. With the current situation many are now in due tot he pandemic, we are working remotely as an organization and just switched to the AllCloud Communicator that Allied Telecom provides. It is a great option and your consumers, members and/or stakeholders will not be able to tell the difference if you are at the office or working remotely. Great product and Allied was very responsive and helpful in assisting us in getting it downloaded and answering any questions we had.

We switched from a provider we had many issues with. Allied is not your typical Telecom provider, they are actually responsive with support and service requests and happy to work with you and your contract when your company's situation changes.

Our install was quick and painless. The install tech was very helpful, professional, and personable. Personally, I think the price for dedicated internet is high from all vendors, and I've seen costlier vendors who are just reselling others' service--and then giving you an SLA that exempts them from any problems with lines provided by other vendors! I went with Allied because we are getting their line that they provide the SLA for, and it was cheaper than all the other vendors. We'd had a different line with them for several years and it was very reliable. IF you need highly reliable line for data such as VOIP service, this is a good option. Unless you are doing something mission-critical and not fault-tolerant, as long as FIOS or other major provider gives good service in your area you can get a lot more bandwidth for a lot less money than dedicated service.
