After years of living with what I felt was minor hearing loss, Dr. Farrell tested my hearing and I realized it was far worse than I knew. Good news is that she fitted me with devices tailored specifically for me and I now hear things that have NEVER heard in my life. She's awesome and is continuing to help me fine tune these aids and THAT is improving my life as well as my family's life
