Arlington Dental Excellence is a great office. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim is truly wonderful. He was kind, patient and thoroughly made sure I understood everything and was comfortable before he did any procedure. The Administrative Staff was very professional, kind and informative. I have to admit that going to the dentist makes me very nervous. But this was a very pleasant experience. Marty, the Dental Assistant, immediately calmed my nerves. He was kind, patient, informative and most of all very funny. I actually enjoyed myself while waiting in the chair. Watching TV and having Marty and my daughter in the room with me prior to my procedure quickly eased my nerves and made this one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had at a Dentist Office. I just would like to say, thank you everyone at Arlington Dental Excellence!

Routine cleaning and exam. Doctor recommended some work but no pressure to do anything. One thing that I found strange about this office is all the commotion and people walking around. I'm used to quiet and isolation once I'm in the chair and having the dentist or assistant's full attention when they are poking around my mouth with sharp instruments. This office was was bustling with chatter and traffic (during a very early morning appointment), which gave it a cheerful feel from the waiting room, but stressed me out once I was in the chair. People kept on walking by behind me, talking, interrupting the doctor (while he was doing stuff to me!). My cleaning ended up taking well over 45 min with all the interruptions, when it felt like there was only about 20 min of work in my mouth. I was also confused that multiple people came by my chair to give me a diagnosis, and they were different! All in all a little nerve wrecking. I'm sure their services are great but for someone who is already scared of the dentist the atmosphere just made me more nervous. Fine for cleaning but wouldn't have major work done here. A pity because the location is extremely convenient and they came highly recommended by a coworker who used to go to them from a few years back.

My partner spent about 2 hours here for a routine cleaning, with the cleaning itself only taking about 20 minutes. He barely saw the dentist to the point where he wasn’t even sure who his dentist actually was. Multiple professionals came in that were pushing unnecessary services, ignoring the one concern he came in with. Front office staff were not considerate of his time. This dentist felt more like a business than a healthcare setting. The cleaning itself was fine, but the overall experience was far from excellent. We will not be returning.

Do not trust the 5* reviews. This office deceived me into paying out of pocket. The receptionist told me twice that the doctor I would be seeing was in-network, which he was not. On the day of the service, they told me my insurance does not cover wisdom teeth extractions. Wrong again. Not only would the service have been covered by my insurance if I saw someone in-network, there is a surgeon within the same office that is in-network under my plan. When I later called, the office repeatedly kept lying to me that It would not have mattered because dental insurance never covers wisdom teeth extraction, which is just blatantly wrong, and that I should consider changing plans from such a cheap insurance plan. They told me I should be grateful they offered me such a cheap cash price. Now I'm out 200 and Arlington Dental excellence refuses to accept any responsibility. I don't know if these people are just incompetent or intentionally misleading patients into paying out of pocket, but I am certainly avoiding this place at all costs in the future.
