I have been trying to two weeks to get a walker for my elderly FIL who needs it like NOW explained it all to them had the prescription for the walker in hand and would have taken it to them but they stated it had to come from the Doctors office. The doctor sent it 4 times. They stated that they did not get it ???? called again stated they would call me when they would ship that was a week ago. Tired of dealing with very slow process. These people need this equipment NOW stop sitting on this stuff and get it and start caring for your customers.

I came to this facility today. The Hispanic lady came to assist another lady regarding CPAC supplies. Well, the size I needed was out of stock. She ask me, \what I needed for the mask I had in my hand?\ I only needed a clip. She took a clip off of her mannequin and gave it to me. This was at least 150-200 savings. Thank you so much! The lady was very professional and efficient in her position.

I took my mother to this store because she needed a new walker and I wanted her to be able to try some out. Not only was the salesperson at this store happy to help, she was eager to help. She made my mother feel comfortable and that means everything to me. She also gave my mother and I a recommendation for a place that might be able to help my mother with a neck brace. I am terrible at names but she was maybe in her early 20's with short brown hair. This stores customer service is excellent. I have been and will continue to recommend it to anyone that needs medical equipment.
