The customer service at this location is horrible. The manager is rude and condescending. I purchased a dress online that was too short, so I went to return it to this store. My receipt indicated it could be returned to any Bebe store within 21 days. When I got there the cashier got the manager who looked at my receipt and said he couldn't accept the return because it was a sale item and all sale items are final sale. This was not indicated on the website when I purchased the dress. He, and another equally rude employee, insisted that the website indicates that all sale items are final sale, and I just must be mistaken because of course he couldn't be wrong...after all he's worked there 5 years. I verified that he was incorrect when I went home and double checked the Bebe website and also spoke with a customer service representative who indicated that he and his employees were both wrong. The customer service agent informed me that they don't indicate that items are final sale when you purchase them online, but if a price ends in a .99 it is a final sale. I guess customers are supposed to automatically know that items ending in a .99 are final sale?! Anyway, the customer service agent realized how ridiculous that was and agreed to send me a free shipping label so that I could return the dress via the mail free of charge, and for a full refund.
