Today I had an amazing visit here. Not only did they greet me with joy and made me feel at home, but also had all COVID precautions in place for a safe donation. I was also amazed by the technician Angie and April they are always happy, friendly and have lots of energy. Not to mention there ability to administer a needle. They are really on top of there game.

Today was the first time in 10 years going back into donation! This is far better than it was back then! I don't need the money for doing this, the purpose was to help other people to survive with what the plasma is used for! I had no problems today, really nice clean place, being a new place and closer to home is a benefit! The employees were super nice ands well trained. If anyone ever had a problem there, they probably went at the wrong time. I can see how people can get mad if making phone calls to this place, but they should do their research on there own! This is a very important place and very busy! Give them respect! If you don't like them, go somewhere else! They aren't the only ones around. But do the research, these employees are well trained! Thank you, Biolife!
Today is my 3rd visit. I was a little nervous the first time. The second time I had Tammy. She made it go by so fast because she was engaging with everyone. Singing and smiling. I was happy to see that she was here again today.
The chances of you have a decent visit here is 50/50. The staff here is over worked and process a huge amount of people in a short period of time everyday. That being said most of the staff starts their day on the wrong side of the bed and tend to express their “emotions” on to the guest visiting for a donation. The new front desk receptionist also has a bad attitude and that’s the first point of contact.
Excellent environment. The staff and team members are extremely helpful and polite. The only reason for not giving five stars is there are times it gets hectic and can take up to an hour or two.
This would have been my first time to donate plasma, but I am pretty sure that I don't want to now. I looked at BioLife's website and still had a few unanswered questions, so I decided to give them a call. When the lady answered she just said "BioLife, please hold" and immediately placed me on hold. I just hung up after 15 minutes of waiting. I'm sure they are busy, but the lack of caring or compassion towards the customer on the phone spoke volumes. Basically, my main question was simply: How long does it take to recover from a donation and will this impact my ability to workout at the gym?
Never donated until recently due to fear of needles. There is such a need for plasma, I decided to donate. Techs made the process so comfortable. My first donation, I was really nervous. Tammy, stayed with me at the end of the process and was so kind. She could see I wasn't feeling well. I was the last one there and I knew everyone was ready to go home. They never rushed me and made me feel like I was a bother. Great staff! Every time I see her now, she is always so sweet. Very clean donation center. Process is simple and easy. Glad I am doing donations!
I loved the treatment I received today. Aliya, one of the staff members, was super gentle when sticking the needle into my arm. Almost didn't feel any pain! I want her to assist me next time I go there!
