So I come to pick up my order curbside. That means that I call the number, give them the name, and someone is supposed to bring my order out to me. They told me once that they couldn’t find my order. Then they told me that they would bring my order right out to me but I still sat out here 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. Finally I called back again a 3rd time and the guy tells me that he’s going to look for my order but leaves me on hold and doesn’t come back to the phone. After the 4th time calling and then telling me it’s not in the system again, I go inside and someone finally decides to ask me for a phone number to look up the order that had been sitting in the back. Mind you the food was supposed to be ready at 5:20 and it’s now 5:40. Please train your employees on better customer service.

The young black lady— black hair with glitter eye shadow— that helped me was awesome- five stars there!! Upbeat attitude and provided good customer service. I did carry out. The first batch of wings were dry and over cooked even with the sauce. I realized that after I got home. Went back to exchange for something else. The manger fixed the wings over and gave me what I wanted in exchange too. Thanks for fixing the issue! Sorry because I got all the way home and had to go back I just can’t give 5 stars. If you want your wings “wet” make it known.
All the servers are so nice and there is never a wait. Im a regular here. I come about once a week and i never had a bad experience
The food is amazing but the customer service is terrible. Trying to order and receive all of our order is seemingly impossible. While I love their food, it's not worth the hassle. We talked to 2 managers but only one was understanding. He couldn't correct the issue but it was nice that he seemed to understand. Thank you Ron, for taking the time to talk to us.
