I highly recommend. Krista is great! Really professional and personable. I booked a month worth of tanning and really enjoyed it. The beds are clean and work great. Very easy to operate. I’d definitely cone back before my next Mexico trip. Thanks so much.

I have been going to Cancun Tan on South Cooper for about 4 years now. Over the years I have meet some really sweet girls. One of my favorites is Danielle! She always has a smile on her face and has a great personality!

I have been coming here for over a year and a half and have never had anything but great service. Christa at S. Cooper is always smiling and cheerful, and knowledgeable about the beds and products. All the staff is friendly and helpful.

Just want everyone to beware...... Owner at Cancun Tan (South Cooper) has teenagers working for him, and when they make a mistake he takes it out on the customer. 3 years ago I would've given them 5 stars, but today I had a conversation with the owner about my account still being active after I canceled 18 months ago. (Clearly one the high school age employees didn't do something correctly, but never had me fill out a form).... I never used the membership after (I was pregnant!).... So I was out the money, with no services rendered in over 2 years - he had well got his money out of me. Now I understand not being able to flat out credit me, but to offer some sort of apology or offer services for at least some portion of hat money would be appreciated even if it wasn't much..... Instead I was met with (and I quote) "I am not in the business of creating savings accounts for people that don't notice they've been being charged".... Again, my own fault but clearly he's not in the business of being nice to people/service industry either. And apparently none of his teenage employees could've ever done wrong either! He then followed up with "I'm a good Christian man"..... Well I hope you donate the money that I gave you for free to your church because I would much rather it go to them than to you after the way you treated me! Again... I never expected a full credit or even a credit at all, but instead of offering anything to the customer, even small and insignificant he met me with rude comments! He apparently doesn't appreciate the good paying customer I was for 1.5 years before I cancelled & never wanted me to come back (or leave a good review)!

I just started my membership ship and the young lady working at the front was very helpful and explained all the beds in detail to me and went through a variety of the lotions telling me everything she could about them. I honestly don't remember her name, but I know she's from Michigan. :) Anyways, she was very helpful in every way possible and definitely deserves and went above and beyond the normal customer service expectation with showing me the different beds and telling me how they work to having casual conversation. Oh, and she definitely gave me a great choice of lotion. I used it that one time I started my membership...which was last Monday....and you can definitely see the results and the lotion worked even outside of the bed because you can see the lines from where my flip flops and shorts were because I walked home in the sun. Lol. Definitely hope to keep the good experiences.

I got a 29.00 Groupon Tanning certificate and was fairly pleased. The staff is okay and the facility is usually clean. My yearly promotional Groupon offer expired two weeks ago and went to purchase a regular membership (19.99 a month x 12 months 240.00 dollars) and the girl told me that I would have to pay a 20.00 processing fee. I questioned it and she stated had I did it before my membership expired it would be waived. She stated she would have to charge it now and it would not be waived. WOW... what a great business model!!! a 20.00 processing fee cost this company a 240.00 membership!!! FYI...... Tanning in general is a dying business!!!
