1/4/19 I had called them prior to showing up today about retrieving a patient history release form because the only time I can make it is after work and the website says they’re open till 5. I get there before 4:30 and the door is locked with the lights on. I try calling them and it transferred me to the anacortas location. I asked them to call the Arlington location to see if anyone is there because all I need is a simple form. The lady said well it looks like they close at 4:30.... I said “the website says 5 so are there any days open till 5?” and her response was “I’m having conflicting information at this time”. All I am going to say is... (when there is plenty more to say about this office!!!!!!!) there is a reason I switched ENT Dr. in the first place!!!!

Very nice staff. Dr Johnson is quite knowledgeable and explains what is happening, why it is happening and what it will take to change what is happening and all options correct and prevent what is happening.
