I was really interested in this property until i read the reviews. I believe where there is smoke there is fire. But what seals the deal is that management hasn't responded to the complaints to either save face or acknowledge the issues. Thank you'll for taking the time to write reviews you saved me time and money literally.

Worst Place to live.. Rats in the walls, Managment is terrible they never answer the phone or just ignore your calls ! Appliances are outdated my apartment has a dishwasher manufactured in 1985 They only acknowledge you when they want rent or to renew your leases Send out letters stating they are going to make all these improvements and never happens Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money renting here you will regret it If I could give it zero stars I would...
The greatest mistake before moving here was disregarding the reviews. After few months of moving in rain started. Our basement always flood; the rugs and chairs soaked with water. The walls are cracking and all what they could do was to patch and repaint. After so many complaints we were given another apartment. The first problem we encountered in the new apartment were bees, then the air conditioner, the cabinets in the kitchen, etc. Then the worst happened, we were with no light for 6 days and night. They have the worst management so far I have encountered, they do not show any concern or care, they insult and hang the phone on you. The only time they smile is when you bring your money order for rent. The apartments are old and needs good restructuring. Please beware.
Do not move here. There are roaches, rats in ceiling, water bill is astronomical. No parking to have visitors. Tenants using our streets a car dealership with no resolution. Management take the stance that they can not did anything... has no desire to fix situation, blow its off that they cant anything. Stay away here... Not worth money!
I do not recommend these apartments, I have been here a long time and I am about to move and since what the joint ownership was sold, it has been a chaos the previous Asian maintenance as possible and now the new maintenance not spared anything in the world apart from the office do not pay attention to the chaos here no i recommend them
