Extremely honest and super nice staff! I had such a positive experience with their tow truck driver, Russell who drove all the way out to my home to tow my disabled car. After talking to me for bit, Russell asked if he could check to see if the battery was the problem. He quickly got it running and then offered to follow me up to O'Reilly's to get a new battery. The car died again on the way there, but Russell threw his caution lights on and got out while cars honked at me, etc. He jumped it again and then he stayed with me and my son (who has special needs) until my wife could come and meet us. Russell is an amazing worker with a heart of gold! He made a stressful situation so much better! I was more than happy to pay the service call fee only, because we didn't need the tow to get it to a mechanic. The manager Bryan called me to double check that everything went well, and he was extremely pleasant! *I have saved their number in my phone and I will be giving it out to everyone I know on social media! *Russell needs a raise! He was my angel today! Thank you!
The entire staff was really nice especially Mr. Russell. He took the time to come out and look at my car which was my back light which the entire light had fallen out while in a drive thru car wash. He was honest and patient with me, provided me with a quote that was at a great price. When they order the part they will ask you to pay half up front and then the rest when you come in to have your car fixed. They are also honest and accurate about how long your car will take for it to be fixed as well. I highly recommend them and I will be back most definitely!!!!! This is a great place to take your car no matter how old it is! (2007 Nissan)
