Bought a used 2013 impala from this place with the \build your credit\ program. The first red flag was when the sales person said they would fill the tank for me. Rode off the lot with a 1/4 tank of gas. I was told to pay my car and build my credit for a year and I could trade for something I wanted. Came back and that wasn't the case. Now im stuck paying 560 a month for a 2013 impala. Thanks Clay you really take care of your customers. Place is full of liars.

I bought a used SUV from them a couple of months ago. Already having issues with it. Once right after buying and I had to put out over 700 for that issue and now again with another big issue. I wasn't expecting to be having problems with it already and the car is certified and I bought an extended warranty which so far has proven to be useless because neither of my issues are covered. The staff is more than accommodating when buying a new or used vehicle but I would recommend caution because they are 'by any means necessary' salesmen.

If I knew how to give a 0, then I would. They responded quickly to an email inquiry and phone call. But sold the car “just before” I got there. Walked out after 2 hour drive there. Not a fan.
