My experience at this clinic for the first visit was very pleasant. Everyone was kind and courteous. As professional as can be expected and very organized. They do labs on location and I found Dr. Chaturvedi to be knowledgeable and kind spoken. He patiently listened to all I had to say and responded courteously and professionally. Doctors and staff have to deal with a lot of crude people, treat them with kindness and respect and you will get the same response. Love thy neighbour as thy self, you reap what you sow.

Clean and friendly place. I went there for my Covid vax and it was a quick in and out visit. They were efficient and professional, had me wait the required amount of time after the injection, checked on me and released me. Seems a good family practice clinic.
Appointment for Covid vaccine was made quickly and efficiently. Office staff was professional and total time in the office for vaccine was only 30 minutes.
I hate when I’m referred to this office. Twice I’ve experienced rudeness from the girl up front. Seems like she just sits there annoyed that she has to work in that office. My daughter was really sick the day I walked in and she stated I did not have an appointment but it was confirmed that morning. She got upset with me because the communication between their office and the other location in Grand Prairie seems to not work well. Don’t think as an ill patient anyone should be treated like that. Those offices clearly need to work on their communication better. Someone is no doing their job right. I almost checked the receptionist that morning but I just walked out.
Receptionist was the worst. So rude, even if we are trying to make their life easier for their office staff. Appointment was tomorrow, there was some confusion, and I showed up early 2 days. Receptionist told me insurance was not active (not true). Called insurance and they said they have not spoken with anyone at this office. The receptionist seem to lie. Not only that, i had the insurance on the phone on a conference call. Alejandra with the office, did not want to take the time to talk to them to get the fax back of my benefits they were needing. She just told me to bring confirmation of the call and the benefits myself. I understand COVID makes it harder on providers office, but there is no EXCUSE to treat patients this way.
