My first impression with the receptionist at the front desk at Collins St Dental location, was a very pleasant, welcoming and an impressive one. The dental assistant and the dental provider went into details in explaining everything concerning my tooth prior and post any procedure and i did really appreciated that. They were upfront of what the cost was going to be and i appreciated that as well. The receptionist at the front, the dental assistant and the dental provider were all very welcoming, cordial, accommodative, knowledgeable, and addressed all my concerns. The facility is very neat and safety precautions were in place, which is some of the qualities i look for. Overall i did receive an excellent service and I am glad i found them.
