Much more productive and friendly to visit this place over calling Comcast customer service number. I had an extremely positive experience at this location. There was no line when I arrived as it opened at about 8 AM. I was there to return a cable box and Internet modemrouter as I was moving from Arlington, VA to a new DC address. Special shout-out to Brenda for being so helpful and friendly in explaining everything. Not only did she deactivate my service for my old address, but she activated new service for my new address right there on-the-spot for a self-move. I highly recommend going to this place in-person versus speaking with Comcast customer service over the phone. I've been on 45 minute calls with customer service that accomplished nothing after being transferred from department to department, but this Arlington service center completely exceeded my expectations.

I can't speak for others. I went to drop off equipment. There was no line at 4:30. The attendant was courteous and knew exactly what I needed. He took the equipment back and printed a receipt. Flawless customer service.

This is by far the worst run company in the world. That being said the people at the Clarendon store have always been helpful. People are as only as good as the product they represent.

I am currently a Comcast customer and I have no other alternative because they are the only provider in my area of residence. If you aren't on your toes about reviewing your monthly statements, surely you will be charged additional fees for services you never agreed on or equipment you had no idea you even received. I noticed such charges and was quick to contact Comcast and was able to return equipment and receive credit back for charges made to my account. This is an example of inconvenience; the employees at Comcast aren't clear and concise on what equipment they are handing out. In addition, their long wait times when I call is ridiculous; and re-verification of my personal data, two or three times per call is out of hand. I wish the 22201 area had more than Comcast (and Verizon) to offer; Comcast has awful Customer Service.

I dont think it is fair that we have to give at least a star. I want NO STAR for this horrible company. A big middle finger to anyone who has rated it higher and gave it the super high average rating of 1.3

Biggest joke of a company.. No idea how this company has survived for so long... Old school Cable TV Arlington was so much better and that was 80's thorough the 90's. Why they hell did they have to come to Arlington and destroy everything. I hope this company burns in flames. No a single customer service agent over the phone knows what they are doing, they might as well be picking strawberries out on a farm. New customers get refurbished/used equipment with dents, paint and God knows what else. They are all too happy to get your hard earned but in return you will get a headache, waste of time, ton of frustration and horrible service. Absolute scam. Burn Comcast BURN IN HELL!!!!!

Their customer service is rated "zero". One star is being way too generous with these clowns. I have been trying to get in touch with one of their engineers for a commercial building that is being renovated. This building currently has a Comcast CATV infrastructure that needs over 300 cable drops. Phone calls are a complete waste of time. My next call will be to Neil Smit who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Comcast Cable and Senior Executive Vice President of Comcast Corporation.

My internet cable and phone has been out for 5 days. No one can help fix this. I called Comcast and all I can get is I'm so sorry your having difficulty. I understand but we cannot get a technician out there for a few more days. Say what? I have a business to run and not having internet is going to hurt me. Come on Comcast fix this problem already. I'm about to cancel and move on.
