Always a wonderful experience at The Commonwealth Medical Center. Dr. Rashid is very kind and patient; he’s a great listener. He and his front desk associates consistently provide outstanding care, resulting in a warm, very pleasant overall experience.

if i could give zero stars i would. when i was on private health insurance dr. Rashid had long wait times but was manageable for how close and cheep he was. but once i had to get on government insurance everything changed. the wait times increased even though there was no on in the office. he started to do pee tests to allow me to get my meds and lied that my insurance required it (they did not). he started taking personal calls in the middle of my appointment whall i was mid sentence. i started talking to my support system and we started noticing things. like how he always had himself angled so i could never see is screen or my records (very abnormal). how all of the urine samples where out in the open and i was suppose to add mine to a basket with everyone else's (a sanitary and an tamper issue). how it took three days for my insurance to to get in contact with him. how they fought and lied every step of the way to refill prescriptions making me go weeks at a time without them in some cases. DO NOT GO HERE, there taking advantage of there patents its not worth the time and stress
Happy with the location and wait time at the clinic. Check-in was straightforward and the office was clean. Overall happy with my visit.
He is Excellent, Professional, and would do his best to make you comfortable. He will discuss with you as need. I personally wish he would discuss in more details but perhaps because he is busy and having a long list. The staff is ok.I wish they had faster response /call back on the phone. •His covid test speed at the other location is out of this world(phenomenal). In 15 minutes only. •I only wish if his location / building had in site imaging as CT /MRI, but the clinic has X-Ray facility. But that shouldn’t be a big issue. As he will refer you to do the needed procedure and the area has many labs/ diagnostic centres around. •Comfortable waiting area.

He and his staff are highly professional, knowledgeable and he listens to his patients needs and concerns! Dr Rashid also explains in detail about different treatment options that's available for you no matter what medical conditions you have Dr Rashid will treat your condition himself or he'll write you a referral to the best doctors/specialists he knows and will make sure that your health insurance pay for procedures so you don't have to pay high out of pocket costs! Dr Rashid is my Hero because since he became my Primary Care Physician....I'm in the best health, the best shape and I've been pain free and feeling like myself again and I owe that to him!! Thank you so much Dr Rashid for all you've done and continue to do for me! Priscilla
