I had hardwood floors sanded and refinished by Dominion Floors and ordered luxury vinyl tile that ended up not being installed. The refinished floors looked good, however they were messy in applying the sealant and it was splashed all over the surrounding trim. They missed reinstalling one piece of trim and never made it back to replace it. When the crew came to install the tile they were unable to get in the realtor lock on the door and did not call to get help to get in. After another failed attempt to get the floor installed due to an interaction with a realtor onsite we opted not to have the tile done. Two months later and I am still waiting for my refund. I do not recommend this company.

They used our furniture to hold down the wood in place while the glued dried, damaging our couch and TV stand. They also helped themselves to the contents of our fridge, including our wine coolers.
