Doctor was very hard to reach, only seen once in 2 virtual visits. Made to wait for long period of time and it was too hard to get his office to send my work-based health documents to our healthcare provider for my annual plan. ... The doctor is knowledgeable and the physician assistant is attentive. P.S. Hard to reach through to someone via phone. Voicemail was full or not set-up (I forget).

Very unprofessional Medical. They are scams asking for extra money unexpected. The medical assistants are ghetto. They don't know how to look up information in the systems. They will charge you money with out a bill not being sent to you personally over the phone. They don't know how to coordinate vital signs into the systems over the phone. I had a question about why they was charging me for the service. They had a attitude with me. I didn't fell comfortable with just paying money over the phone. I had explained to the them. Before I was coming to your practice it wasn't no charge. I do understand that when you go for a doctor visit. They will let you know up front with payments or bill you in the mail. I wasn't aware of payments. I didn't have the problem with payments. I feel like they was trying to take advantage. They do have some people will do that to others. When the heavy set African American lady had made my appointment on Friday. I did mentioned to her why are you just telling me of the day of my appointment that I had a pass due balance from 2018. We did had some arguments over the phone. As a patient I didn't want to fell like I was being taken advantage of. The medical assistants are very rude. They had one nice older professional Medical assistant Hispanic lady. When I had visit. She knew how to do the work. The Medical assistants are now in the office doesn't know how to communicate or do the work. They need Medical assistants training with billing codes.They practice is a scam.As a professional you don't just ask for money up front over the phone. You so called Medical assistants. Don't blame me for your actions. Because you are slow. That can't do your jobs right. The Medical assistants are very slow with learning basic skills. It take them a hour on the phone to put vital signs to get your information.

I love my doctor and staff. I have being seen Dr. Durga Mekala for a while now and I love his professionalism. Dr. Mekala is the only doctor that has been able to control my blood pressure and help with controlling my migraines. He greets me with a smile every time he enters the office and he takes times when examination.Every time I have made an appointment I was always seen at a reasonable amount of time.The office is always clean and pleasant. He has the best nurse who is always friendly and greats you with a smile. I change to Dr. Mekala due to a bad experience with my previous doctor and I'm so glad that me and my husband was able to locate such an awesome doctor and staff. Patricia Mayo
