The doctors are good, but the staff at the front desk and at billing are non-responsive/not helpful. They continue to \lose\ my information. They once e-mailed me to have me fill out a form that included having me tell them my e-mail address. General confusion. And they blame everything on \the new system\.

Love my doctor and the front desk staff are super nice, however I called the scheduling office to let them know I woke up feeling bad and because of everything going on with covid I didn’t want to come in and risk anything. The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely extremely rude about me not making my appointment. While I understand that it takes up time that a provider could see someone else I didn’t predict I would feel unwell as I felt fine the day earlier. In this time of Covid and everything it would be nice for someone to show some compassion instead of being extremely rude.

You call to make an appointment and give them all of your insurance information and are told you’re good to go and make the appointment only to arrive and be told you have to self pay. The front desk staff said “I am not sure who you talked to but they were supposed to ask these questions” and didn’t care at all that I was asked those questions and was told it was all good. Truly appreciate the complete waste of my time and aggravation first thing this morning.

Highly recommend Dr. Roeser, especially for children. We took our 10 month old daughter here for tubes and Dr. Roeser was very patient, kind, and accommodating. Although it is worrisome anytime you have a procedure for a young child, she put us at ease. Follow-up has been great and they have good nurse triage for any additional questions. Our interactions with other staff were only positive.

I have never been rushed in and out of a doctors office so quickly. It was clear the doctor had pre-planned responses to anything I said as i was quickly cut off when explaining my symptoms. The best part of it all was that she told me my tonsils were swollen. My tonsils were removed when i was 7, I am now 23. SO you could say I was disappointed with my experience. I wouldn't recommend this office to any one.
