No complaints. Entrance/exit is near a parking lot for pick up and drop off.

Add fare didn't work, tried several times as machine wanted PIN but would not accept, even listen to keypad, maybe someone trying to steal pins?

Coming from Boston I was surprised how clean every Metro station was. The station is under construction, but clearly marked and super clean.
