I have been with frost for years. I used to be happy but when the manager of my branch moved the place went to heck fast. That is the branch on ball park in Arlington. I have 3 accounts there while opening a new business I had opened a fourth account and it took a long time to get my permits so when it was finally ready to roll I found out my account had been closed and they would not reopen it. So I am taking all my business and moving on. When did you become a big bank who doesn't care frost.
