Breakfast at Fyve was very good. The service needed some improvement but all in all it worked out. I had to re-request hot toast and everything came out right. I also had to re-request hot coffee something you should not have to do in a restaurant but I did. Subsequent mornings were without a hitch.

Very quaint place for memorable moments. Since I'm a frequent patron the customer service, food and ambience are all outstanding. Breakfast, High Tea & Dinner all enjoyed. Delicious Food and Prompt Customer Service.
It wasn't exactly the look I had imagined when I thought of a restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton. It was much smaller than I expected but to be fair a large seating area was closed off due to the time of day. What space was open was actually lovely. Comfortable chairs around wood tables, a grand fireplace enclosed by big beautiful couches. The staff was very kind, took my order, answered my questions about alternatives, and checked on me during my time there just the right amount of times (not once while I had just stuffed my face with food). After devouring a beautifuly made wedge salad that was actually 3 small wedges instead of the enormous halved lettuce heads one normally sees, I ordered a glass of guiness stout to wash down the day and to accompany my double fudge chocolate cake. Absolutely delicious, very good. Will return to try other menu options.
An absolutely amazing place for afternoon tea. I just moved to Virginia, and this is officially one of my favourite spot for meeting your girlfriends, or celebrating a small occasion. I made a reservation on Open Table but I accidentally booked a day later than intended. We parked at Fashion Centre, Pentagon City garage and walked. Their entrance from Pentagon City mall is closed, so you have to walk around, outside to their main entrance. They do have a valet. When we got there, the staff very kindly accommodated me and my date. They were very professional and friendly plus the food was great. I know from the picture it doesn't look like a lot, but trust me, with tea, sandwiches, cakes and scones, omg, you'd be so full. If you're visiting Arlington or have lived here for years, I do recommend coming here at least once!
FYVE gets five (stars) from me. The do a good job of keeping it socially distanced, the staff is very friendly, attentive and skilled. Always feel welcome and well taken care of when I'm here. Right now they have a reduced menu of 2-3 apps, 2-3 lunch items and 3-4 dinner entrees. Food is still high quality, and most importantly I feel very comfortable dining here during the pandemic.
We enjoyed my daughter's birthday st this restaurant. The food was very good. Employees were friendly and polite and professional. Rafael brought us food on time. I will recommend
I had a very enjoyable Afternoon Tea Experience at Fyve Restaurant and Lounge located at the Exquisite Ritz-Carlton Hotel. I went for the Afternoon Tea package and I really love the portion and the tea selections. The grand jasmin chun Feng green tea is absolutely divine!!! And my favorite from the selection of tea sandwiches is the salmon mousse with caviar sandwich. My waiter, Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the menu and patient. Very Impressive!!! Great atmosphere that I felt like spending the whole day there. Lol First time here and I shall definitely return. I highly RECOMMEND. This has got to be the best food ever...it was tasty, excellent presentation, I just can't say enough.. they had the best mushrooms in the world, they were like exotic sea creatures...it was like a party on my mouth...the salad was perfect, everything was perfect...I can't wait to go back...the chef came out and greeted us...everything was perfection...
