I liked Jim but as for my hearing aids I was always going back problems with the audio all the time on one and the other one I never got to wear after 13 trips back and forth. It never fit my ear. After over a year I have decided to go elsewhere.

I have been going to Jim at Hear USA in Arlington for about 3 or 4 years.I bought my hearing aid off him,and i am not disappointed. It took some getting use to,but it opened a whole new world,as far as hearing. Jim is a true professional,and a gentleman.I recommended my Uncle to Jim,and he is happy also.It is hard to find people like Jim Stone in todays world.
