Second location & attempt at going to HRBlock.. paired with a nice lady but she barely spoke English and then added up my refund on PAPER that came out to less than what TurboTax was coming out to (because I qualified for breaks she would've seen if she entered my info..), little to no info on how to get forms to file back taxes from 2016, and seemed to not want to help after that so I left.
