They will fail to tell you the proper arrival time before the appointment, despite inquiring about it previously, and will do little to rectify the mistakes they made. Rude people all around, I would go somewhere else

Great staff. Very helpful the entire time and accommodating.
The staff are very nice. Front desk staff were welcoming. The radiology, Calvin, treated me with respect. It was my first MRI and I was so worry of this open ended machine done his best to calm down my anxiety. .I highly recommended this facility.
I just spoke to a very rude person by the name of Jamie in this facility.
Had a mri went very smooth, everything went very smooth, parking is available, would recommend
My neurologist referred me to go here for my MRI and I wish I had never gone. I was told when I scheduled my MRI that a few days before my appointment I would receive a call stating the amount I would have to pay for my services. The receptionist put emphasis on the fact that they call the insurance so patients know the total amount they are responsible for BEFORE they come in. I received my call a few days before I came in like the receptionist said with the total amount of around 346. On the day of my appointment, I paid the amount of 346 like we discussed. I wasn't told any other information about additional payments or the fact that this total was an "estimate". Now, over a month later, I have just received a bill in the mail saying I owe over 1000 to this company for my MRI. Their billing department claims that the first amount I paid was a "payment" towards the total 1000 bill. Like most people, I am not made of money. If they had of actually did what they said they were going to do, my insurance would have informed them a better "estimate" that makes sense. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
After a motorcycle accident I needed an MRI on my left hand. As this was my 1st MRI, I did not know what to expect. I'm not claustrophobic so did not have many concerns. Everything was very rushed, brusk, the usual in and out. I can take that, not the best, but it's fine. My issue with this company wasn't just the turn and burn style of business, but the COMPLETE lack of explanation, preparation, etc. to prepare a person for what an MRI was. Example, I was not told AT ALL, that an MRI was loud. AT ALL. I've had many a CT scan and find them to be pleasant, almost spa like, so imagine my surprise when after being warned NOT TO MOVE AT ALL, suddenly I was intermittently blasted with a FOG HORN, alternating with a KLAXON alarm, without any warning. The whole time I had no idea if this was normal! It would have taken less than 2 minutes just to explain, "hey this is going to be really loud, at random times, REALLY loud". Pitiful.
I called on Friday and was given an appointment on Saturday for a MRI on my neck. Everything went as described and was very friendly and professional. I was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. Many parking spaces were available. It only took about 10 minutes to complete the forms and they brought me back early. Stacey, the technician, was very nice, compassionate and helpful. I have extraordinary shoulder pain and being still inside of the machine was not easy. She was creative and found a way to pad my shoulder inside the tube. When it got too painful, we were able to take a break and re-position everything. She kept me informed during and after the process. I received the disk with my images within minutes and the report will be sent to my doctor on Monday. I have had many MRIs, xrays and CT scans. The Shirlington location is my favorite for the convenience, great hours and nice staff.
