Our pre-paid order was not started and we had just came from Seattle looking for a Jersey Mike’s. The first store we came to in Tulalip was closed for construction only to find out after we arrived to a dark store at 7 pm on Friday. so we pre-ordered at this store to save time after checking first to see if it was closed too. When we arrived, the only two employees working were sitting in the dining room by themselves, and no one else in the store. There was no food left in the counter, a few tomato slices in a drippy pan, lettuce, but not much else. and it was a mess with bits of left overs everywhere. Using the Jersey Mike’s app, we ordered 2 Clubs on Rosemary Parmesan bread but was told that only white bread was left. They made the sandwiches with ingredients from the back of the store from original storage containers. Didn’t seem as sanitary as expected and not to sure where our tomato’s came from. And to top it all off, they told us they had no more bacon, and we would have to do without. Which, to be honest is why we choose Jersey Mike’s over other competitors. To say the least, we were very disappointed with everything. I can appreciate getting hit with a rush as I have been in their shoes myself, but I would have worked hard to be ready for our next customers. Better communication and at least the attempt of making our order before I arrived would have earned my grace, but to find them sitting around when I arrived with no idea of pending pre-paid orders. I found surprising. In the end, the food tasted good and we were happy to have a meal but I might think twice about how not so easy it is to actually get a successful order from this location or others in the area in the future. Another food option may be less time consuming and more satisfying.

Let me start by saying, I love Jersey Mike’s sub shops. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s sub shops all over the country and even in New Jersey where I met Mike. Me and my Honey went to this sub shop thinking we were going to get a authentic jersey style sub. It was pretty close, but the bread was stale. Sub shop’s should never serve their customer stale bread. Mike told me a sub sandwich should always be made on fresh bread & it should have a good portion of meat. Are’s had five pieces of provolone, five pieces of salami & seven pieces of ham on a “Giant” sub.
We went to the jerseys mike's in mt. vernon and they messed up our sandwich, so we stopped by this location on our way to Seattle. Cheryl was the nicest person that I've had the pleasure of dealing with in any establishment in a long time. She went well above and beyond to make us happy. We have never stopped in this location before on our regular route to Seattle, but this justifies us stopping during our trips.
Used to love this place, but recently it has been a disappointment. Feels dirty inside, feet stick to the ground, flies landing on sandwiches. Today I went and thought maybe I was invisible because with three employees working, I waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and there was only one person ahead of me. Maybe they need to hire more help?
We stopped here while in Arlington. Usually go to the one in Monroe, which we love. My husband and I got the giant cheese steak. This one was full of grizzle. Yuk! Have never had that before. First time disappointed.
