Excellent service, unexpectedly had a flat secondary to a nail in my tire. Eric took the time to go through the different options and explain why one option might be better than the other. He even walked in the snow/rain to give us an update (Dunkin donuts across the st) prior to a working on anything related to my car. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been going to One Stop Auto for at least six years now. I went there before the previous owner sold it and never left. The new owner, Rosa, and her team, are really stellar. They are honest, fair, hard working, and understanding. It's so hard to find a mechanic that you can get to know and to trust implicitly, especially if you don't know anything about cars. Rosa and her team are definitely that for me and my family! Recently my car had to have a major engine repair. It took some time for my insurance to confirm they'd cover the repair. Rosa and her team waited patiently until that happened and took care of my car as if it were their own. I really appreciate their diligence and professionalism. They feel like part of the family! It can sometimes be hard to find that when living in a big city. Thanks, Rosa, Eric, Jose, and everyone at One Stop Auto! We value you!

Literally the best shop in our area! If you want to feel safe and secure that your vehicle is in the right hands and will be well taken care of then this is where you need to go! Family owned and actually cares. Also, taking time to actually explain what is going on with your car and what needs to be done in detail. I'm glad that I have found a permanent shop for my car to go to! You all are the best. Thanks again.

I had a nail in my tire, went to large name tire store before trying this one and had horrible service. Jose and the rest of the crew went above and beyond with great customer service and did an awesome job on my tires! I will use them for any future car maintenance as well. Liberty is wonderful! It's a small, family-owned shop that delivers excellent customer service. They take the time to explain any needed work and are straight shooters. Fair prices and good service. I had new tires put on a few years ago, and even under new management, it has maintained it's high-quality service level. Want to shout out Eric who really is a rock star, but everybody is great. Highlight recommend One Stop!
