We were here earlier trying unsuspend the phone. And the girl working here was rude as hell to the customer service agent on the phone. She was niceish to us. But overall left a bad taste in my mouth

Went to this store with a fairly complex order (merging two existing lines into family plan, activating a new b.y.o. phone, changing plans on both lines). Diana was very friendly and knowledgeable. This process would have taken way longer if I had attempted to do it by phone. Now I'm paying less and I have a lot more data than I used to have. Metro just keeps getting better and better!

I gave a 1 star because I had to give something to write this review. I walked into the store December 19, 2016 spoke with the sales associate by the name of Ana, Ana quoted me 143 for two telephones I told her that I would be back I came back a day later and the price was 189 I asked why no one could explain why they said that was just the price I asked if they call their manager named Angelica I spoke with Angelica on the phone she pretty much could care less about what I was quoted even though the sales associate said that she quoted this... she couldn't help... she couldn't do anything, the only thing they could tell me was there was a glitch in all the metro PCS systems... which was a lie I do not recommend this store to anyone they are very unprofessional they quote prices that are wrong, they are not familiar with any of their products, and the manager home is supposed to be the problem solver can't even solve a simple problem as to making the customer happy this store will be moving to another location and I will be posting that address as well DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
