I was very happy with my experience at the Minute Clinic. I went in for vaccination. The person who administered the vaccines was very patient. She answered all my questions. We need more people like her ! Keep up the good work

Tried calling them, at the recommendation of another CVS pharmacy, to check and see if they had certain vaccinations in stock before I went over. Impossible to get anyone on the phone because the automated system barely works so I called the pharmacy to see if they could help. Not only did they not know anything, they were apparently incapable of walking around the corner to ask. So I went in and still couldn’t talk to anyone, and despite the sign saying “no appointments necessary!” the kiosk said there were no open appointments for at least a week. So incredibly unhelpful, ended up going to the Costco pharmacy right next door and not only did they answer the phone they took care of everything in 15 minutes. Don’t go here if you want any kind of service.
Refuses to take patients 30 minutes before closing despite a physical taking less than 30 minutes. The women there was very rude for no reason.
I went to the MinuteClinic at this particular CVS a few weeks ago for a recurring cough. Although they were not able to help me, I thought the Physician's Assistant was still very helpful as she went through a few preliminary questions and advised that their particular office could not help. I appreciated her honesty and that she didn't bill me for a service that they couldn't provide. She did offer me a list of some other clinics, although I ultimately just went to see a new physician in the area. For smaller issues, I still think this is a great place and convenient as the pharmacy is on site.
Horrible experience... no customer service or care. I checked in at 11, was told I'd get a text 30 minutes before my appointment. At 1:04 i get a text telling me that I'm not there in 15 minutes I'll lose my spot, so i rush back over and arrive at 1:15. By 2:30, not only have i not been seen, but I haven't even been acknowledged. She just walked in and out past me over and over again. Don't drag sick people out of bed if you're not ready for them.
