When we decided it was time to upgrade the windows on my home, I did my due diligence and got multiple quotes. Rick was the first person to come out to my house and set the bar for all of the others. None were able to match his customer service, responsiveness, confidence in the product, etc. After our initial meeting, he answered multiple emails and even paid a second visit to our home so that we could see the windows again and ask more questions. In addition to making us comfortable, he also beat all of the others on price. Install was timely and the crew was great. We plan on working with Rick again to replace the rest of the windows on our home soon. Based on our experience, I don't think you'll find a better company to work with on replacing your windows.
