I was very impressed with the quality of work. Two men showed up to pack up my 1-bedroom apartment and worked efficiently-even keeping busy with what they could while it rained. They worked hard loading and unloading the truck. They were very kind to help put furniture in specific spots in my new apartment since it was just me and some of the pieces would have been hard to move on my own. Overall I felt it was great work for a good price.

I used this company twice-- the second time, they scammed me. Movers stopped off on the way back to drop off things, and also lied about the end time. They took advantage of me being a solo client also, I believe. I also have some things missing. Do.Not.Use.Them! Don't risk your things or your money!

Terrible! Would not recommend. The two people that I worked with absolutely took advantage of the fact that I was a solo female on my moving day. They showed up late, and they were very lazy workers. They were not stacking anything on top of each other in the carts, they were taking items individually, one by one. They repeatedly took trips together for items that didn’t require two people. It took 4 hours for them to load/unload a 1 bedroom apartment, and I ended up having to help them for the last two hours because they were not moving fast enough. They also felt that all my belongings would not fit into their 17 foot truck, when I looked myself it would have fit if they packed the truck better. Personally, I felt that they were dragging on the time to get paid more. At hour 4 I told them I only had enough to pay them for 4 hours (even though the contract only mentioned 3hours), as soon as I said that they immediately dropped everything and started tossing my stuff on the curbside and drove away, leaving me stranded. The entire trip took 4 hours and 10 minutes, and you bet they charged me for those 10 minutes! The ONLY reason they get two stars is because nothing was broken, and nothing was stolen. But I do have a lot of scratches on my wood because they didn’t use any material to cover it when carrying.

I especially want to say this team because ” They were very patient, worked fast and transformed the place to NY great satisfaction. I highly recommend you ask for these two gentlemen for your next job. Highly recommended service
