Had to go to NOVA Armory a couple times when the COVID thing first hit. First time I went, had to wait in line outside for a bit, but it was a nice day and I didn't wait long. The second time I went, I made an appointment ahead of time and no waiting. Regardless, the staff is knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Fellow customers were all just egular folk\. A great experience! Also very convenient for me to go to. Highly recommend!

Outstanding shop with a cool selection. They have free parking in the back and are the only shop in Arlington area.

Guys there were very kind and helpful. I don't know s*** about guns but needed a shotgun for home defense. Answered all my questions well and gave me the information I needed without contradicting what I'd researched before walking in.
