This was the first place I looked at and fell in love. Checked out some other places and just couldnt get this one out my head. Not only is the townhouse beautiful but Mary who runs the place is soooooo awesome. She always nice, helpful and overall a wonder person. She was able to get my place move in ready even after dealing with the snow storms. I can't tell you how much its been a blessing working with Mary. She knew about how unhappy i was with my old place and worked her magic to get my place ready in time. THANK YOU MARY!!!!!

We have been without water for 5 days now. Getting an update is impossible and when you do it's usually replied to hours or days later and a lie just to pacify you. The stench is so terrible. I am not lucky enough to have family to stay with and work from home. I've literally never been late with rent in the 2 years I've lived here but this company has failed me so many times. Its been one thing after another.

I have lived here for 3 years and and we have been through several managers...by far Kristen has been the BEST!! Any time I have had an issue, she addresses them immediately and properly. I love living here! Nice atmosphere, nice neighbors and awesome management!!

Please do yourself the biggest favor of your life and DO NOT move here. There’s been 3 different sets of leasing agents since I’ve been here and none of them took their job serious. I filed SEVERAL maintenance orders and they didn’t even bother to fix anything until I called code compliance on them. I shouldn’t have to go through all of that when I’m paying my rent every month. And on time at that. This is by far the worst place I’ve lived. I’d say it’s like being in prison but prison may actually be a better to stay than here. I can’t wait to move. Definitely not renewing my lease. This place is horrible.

My father moved here 5 months ago and I have been very pleased with his beautiful redone two bedroom apt. There are several different floor plans to choose from. The scenery is nice with the park backing up to the property! Management has been very accommodating as well.

First experience living in apartments and last!!! Do not rent here!!!! Is infested with roaches, trash everywhere outside de apartments and horrible management service. Hopefully the new one turn things around because is a great location but awful experience. Good luck if you move here.
