We realized shortly before our trip from the US to Europe that our passports expired in \u003c6 months, and that we would not be able to travel without updated passports. It was Saturday, October 12, and our departing flight was in two weeks on Saturday, October 26. We searched, saw good reviews for PassportsVisasExpress, and decided to go with their 7-8 business days passport renewal, and rush (overnight) return shipping. It was a very good choice. We had passport photos taken, got the copy of our marriage license, and filled out all the forms same day on Saturday, October 12 and dropped the packet off with FedEx for the fastest possible shipping to their HQ in Arlington, VA. Because of shipping times, our packet did not arrive to their office until Tuesday morning, October 15. They did not update the online account to show receipt, so after 24 hours I contacted them, and it turned out they had received and processed the documents on the same day they received them. They quickly updated the online portal to show our order had been processed. They submitted the documents to the Passport Office within 24 hours, and then we had to wait on that processing time. I contacted them again to check on timing, and they said they were quite sure they would be able to pick up the new passports on Wednesday, October 23, and they would overnight them to us same day. And that is exactly what happened. We had our renewed passports (and marriage license copy) in hand on Thursday, October 24, with just one day to spare before our flight! We appreciate this service incredibly....our trip would have had to have been cancelled without PassportVisasExpress.

On time and very helpful with the Visa application. They even contacted me after I submitted my packet and made sure that it was accurate before sending it to the consulate. Excellent service overall and well worth the money.
I’ve used the live chat feature several times to get updates on my application. Their agents, besides Janei, have all been pretty rude and seem ill-informed. I don’t know how that chat feature works exactly, but I asked whether they have received my application as I’ve sent it with signature confirmation through USPS. I tracked my package online and it said it was delivered, but when I asked the agent via chat more than an hour after I’ve received delivered confirmation through USPS, they kept telling me nothing was received and that there was no US mail that day. Which makes no sense. I’m sure I’m also not the only person using their services who also chose to send in application by USPS, for a business to say they’ve received no US mail sounds absurd. I’ve also tried to find out whether my visa has been approved so I can make travel plans ASAP. I understand processing may take a few days, but I think the consulate informs you whether the visa is approved or denied immediately, and if approved, they’ll tell you a pick up date. I asked if they’ve obtained a pick up date on my visa application, the agents are rude, saying how I’ve been in the live chat several times (it was once), and how I was already told when it’ll be done processing. But that was not what I was asking. Also, if I was updated automatically in a timely manner, I would not have to be ‘in chat several times’. I’ve always had to initiate conversation instead of receiving timely updates from the service. I’m not recommending this agency unless my visa gets approved and all my documents get sent back in a timely manner as well as in excellent condition that I’ve sent them in.
I wish I could give them a 10! I mailed my documents and old passport on Monday, a federal holiday, and received my new passport on Friday, even though it was a routine renewal, and my travel plans weren't for a month. They were very quick to respond on email, and when I called to ask a question, I was directly connected to some one who was incredibly helpful. She even deducted my fee for document preparation, as I did it myself. I also sent in photos, although I had paid for the digital version, and that was refunded, as well. They also provided text updates. Amazing service!
We found their service to be competitively priced, fast and efficient. Helpful information and check list with great communication through email and text. They lived up to their promises. I would recommend to friends and would use again.
