I wanna start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I feel it's the best place for big group hang outs or romantic casual dates! TOO CUTE! It also has the BEST coffee around! Better than Starbucks in America because it's not burnt and not watered down. The one I got was the Sea Cafe and I don't know how they did it but it's both strong AND sweet. Now I'm not much of a sweet coffee girl (I like my coffee black with a touch of milk but) it was AWESOME! DEFINITELY coming back! I will say some things this place could definitely improve on are the smell of the place and the signs out front indicating where it is. I almost didn't find this place because I was looking for a HUGE 'Phi' sign rather than the food court sign they have. Also, the food smell hits you when you walk in and stays with you until about 15-20 minutes into your visit at this place. So if they could get some REALLY good air purifiers and better signs outside (maybe some on the ground? ) then this place would definitely be THE place to be! Thanks for such an awesome hangout spot! I'll be back soon!

Amazing hangout in a place you'd least expect. Cool vibe, plenty of hideaway spaces and open areas for bigger groups. Food hall style with only PHI open when we visited. Some food options, but we opted just to have drinks and talk. Coconut milk with coffee smoothie was all charged up but after swirling it to blend with the icy coconut milk, I was drinking it down super fast. Iced green tea smoothie with boba was strong and delicious. Everything perfectly sweetened and tasty. We loved it here as the best end to our date night.
Tables are not kept clean nor plates and other stuff left behind by customers are kept as soon as customers leave. That's my observation for months now. Food is just ok but not that great.
Place looks very nice for the most part. I don’t blame them the location is large. Would give more stars but the service felt impatient as it was my first time. Coffees are really good. At least the two I ordered. Also got the spring rolls and a pho ga. The spring rolls were missing flavor and the pho ga smelled bad. If I return, it’ll be for the coffee and aesthetic of the location.
I love the atmosphere, environment and the food is good for my taste. Love the egg coffee
