I bought my first motorcycle. Matt Trammel helped me pick out a bike that would be good for me to learn on, but also something that I could keep and ride for the foreseeable future. He delivered it to my house and set everything up. I even ordered my helmet through them. The whole buying experience and choosing something that would be a good fit for me was super easy. I rode it for the first time this weekend and I absolutely love it! I definitely recommend going through Progressive Powersports.

I called 6 different dealerships for my new Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Delux trying to find what I wanted. Progressive Powersports had what I wanted. They had not even finished building it, but they allowed me to reserve and hold it, and Matt (sales manager) was amazingly cooperative and helpful. Such a great first time buying experience! Thank you.

This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and care about the customer. Bought my can am from here and they made sure I was comfortable with the bike and helped me stay in budget. They have s variety of bikes and will help find what you're looking for if they don't have it. At Progressive they build relationships not just making sales. Thank you Caleb, Robert, and David for an easy process.

My son is getting to that age where he’s mentioning getting some REAL toys but we’re not sure yet. I talked to everyone from sales to service and they were happy to explain what everything is (I’m way out of my element!) and address all my safety and maintenance concerns. We’re still deciding how we wanna go but every time I stop in, whoever helps me has been awesome in helping me narrow it down. 10/10 will be buying from them

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. I called about replacing my fork seals on a motorcycle, to save some time. Its a 2 hour job at most. Parts cost under 50. I was quoted 500 parts. Absolutely ridiculous. ITS A SIMPLE REPAIR ON A 12 YEAR OLD BIKE, YOUR NOT ENGINE SWAPPING A FERRARI. 15 minutes later i Found a mechanic in the area that did it for 200 even. WITH PARTS. this place obviously relies on taking advantage of people to stay in business. If you need a repair done. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I came in to the “toy store” Progressive Powersports in Arlington and had a wonderful experience! The sales staff was very helpful and they weren’t pushy at all. They have earned a customer for life!

I took my bike in to get tires on it, I have a 1999 Honda Blackbird. I got both front and back tires. From the first day I got the bike back my front tire was leaking. I took it back and they said they didn’t check the valve stems so they had to replace that. Later I realized on my way to Frisch my back tire was leaking as well so I had to stop on the way after nearly falling off the bike due to the low tire and get air in it. I ended up taking it to a another repair shop that had to fix the mistakes that where made. Turns out it had a bad tire on it so I called progressive to see if they can do something about that tire or at least give me a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything. I was just displeased and very frustrated with the way they are handling business. Would not recommend.
