Cute airport. I really like how they have pig canvases of pictures. It looks like there cafes are not bad. I do think that this place will benefit from more decorations, real plants, indoor trees, and some landscaping.

Lots of construction. Arrivals level is closed for traffic. Signage for rental cars could be better. Many restaurants closed but several open both before and after security. Still the easiest airport to get into DC. Will look forward to the improvements.
Although the airport is Under construction there's still a lot to like. It wasn't very busy when I went through so it made it very easy to get through.
Great airport, some reconstruction, registration was fast and easy 3 hours prior flight. The best option is that rented cars picked up in airport, no need to drive far.
Been flying in and out of This Airport since 1967 in 1979 -80; I took a FAA Airframe and Power plant course at Hanger 3 with The University of DC I was stationed at Davison Army Air field at Crash Rescue. In 82 I think I out 6 Huey's Med Vac Helicopters for back up to the US Park police getting Flight 90 crash response. In 79 I mononlighted as a Armored Truck driver a guard we loaded a plane you with 2 million dollars in printing and engraving new dollars to federal reserve in Seattle Washington some photos from all this
They finally got rid of gate 35x. Much better.
Excellent. Used American Airlines and all was super quick and easy. Representatives are fabulous.
