Each person that I encountered was kind and caring. They gave information throughout the process and a good estimate of how long I would have to wait. They have a great process, were knowledgeable, and treated me like they would treat their friends or family while being efficient. Thank you for your assistance, even at 7pm on a Friday night.

Unfortunately now feel this place is the fast food of healthcare. 2 separate unrelated visits that have been awful. Will never go back. Don’t waste your money. If you’re Dying, go to er. If you’re not, wait a few extra days to see normal family physician. Visit #1: tested for uti/kidney infection, prescribed antibiotic and told to call if symptoms worse or no improvement in 24 hours. I called 24 hours later in tears because of continued severe pain. Told by a frustrated last at front desk nurse would call, but they never did. Suffered through continued pain for days. Kidneys barely seemed to be working. Finally got a call 4 full days after initial visit to say bacteria I had was resistant to the antibiotic prescribed. Visit #2: severe sharp pains in my ear, neck, jaw, and throat on one side only. Pain sometimes so bad it made me nauseous. No signs of ear infection, but lots of fluid behind eardrum. Given a sinus cocktail, basically steroid shot, prescription Sudafed and Flonase. Slight improvement, then pain worsened again. Called ( lady at front desk was great and had nurse call me back) and asked hcp if they would just prescribe antibiotic since worsening again. Why charge me another 125 just to see and hear the same things again? They wouldn’t prescribe an antibiotic. Called my family physician who is hard To get quick appointments with. Explained all redmed observations, treatments, and symptoms’ progression, and that I don’t have insurance for the next month. She called in a prescription for cheap antibiotic. Significant improvement in the pain and Swollen lymph nodes that popped up have gone down some after just 2 doses. And so I’m never wasting my money at this place again. They never seem to get it right nor will they listen or work with you when they get it wrong. They cost too much to keep going back over and Over.

Horrible, just horrible. To the owners and managers of this facility it is important that you all speak one voice. I phone this facility on yesterday to confirm their times and other matters. I show up and they have stop seeing people THREE HOURS from the time they advised me. I explained to Taylor answering the phone what I was advised the day prior. She was rude dismissive and unprofessional. After explaining I didn’t live in the area and it would have been nice to have known they cut off three hours early when I called before driving to Arlington. “Sorry we are maxed out for the day. What insurance do you have?” Why is this important after you told me you couldn’t see me? Yes, I am a black man with insurance. I’m just appalled.
