Flights are on time and staff is helpful. Construction makes a little difficult to navigate, but I honestly can't think of an airport that isn't under construction at any given time. But seriously, would it hurt to put a sign up from the Metro that says Southwest flights are in Terminal A, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Metro inside the airport? The reason I'm on Southwest is because it's cheap, you think I'm going to pay to park here overnight when the Metro is less than 10? Anyway, great job accommodating during a pandemic otherwise.

They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. Smooth security check. Clean. They are even escorting politicians... Most of the shops are closed/limited schedule.

Easy to Navigate. The airport was consistently being cleaned. I had a smooth transition through the airport. I'd recommend getting there 1.5 hours before your flight to be at your gate at a comfortable time. Restaurants were open but not many shops open.

This past Wednesday November 4, 2020 was when I utilized the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington Virginia for a direct flight to Norfolk International Airport in Norfolk Virginia (for vising my husband). The Ronald Regan Washington Airport is very easy to find even if you take public transit because of the signs around easily highlighting both the metro station entrances and the entry points in the airport to both checkin and access the tickets. I purchased my ticket online and I arrived with plenty of time to check in and I got through scanning and processing quicker than I expected. Fortunately things also went smoothly for my planned flight arrival time (both leaving towards Norfolk Virginia and the arrival time in Norfolk Virginia).

Ronald Reagan Airport is very easy to navigate and find your gates. Some great food choices if you are there for a little while. Currently undergoing some facelift renovations but a great airport.
