Love this place. Never had a time I was ever disappointed. Now, I asked.... I guess the manager?... when it was going to open when I went for lunch and he told me the middle of the month (Middle of May). They was installing the glass at the counter that day. ANY IDEA WHEN THE REOPENING IS GONNA BE? I’m dying for chicken teriyaki and steamed rice!!!

The food is good but they are starting to have serious attitudes and becomeing very rude with the customers , mostly African american and hispanics support this business but they attitudes needs to be correct and whoever is the ceo of this corporation needs to have a serious talk with these guys just how they could come up quick they can also go down just as quick so those attitudes needs a serious blessing quick.

Extra chicken DOES NOT mean the same amount as everyone else at additional cost!! I constantly have to keep an eye out to make sure I get what I'm paying for. Everytime. Also, not often, but the chicken doesn't always get fully cooked. I've gotten sick here before from eating raw chicken. Again this has rarely ever happened but I'm realizing I'm not the first to mention it. Besides that I do like this place and come here often

The food is good... But the workers are extremly rude to the point where I feel bad for asking for simple things that I shouldn't have to feel bad for??? Like the sauce/ silverware

Took my wife and kids here yesterday and the food isn't just overpriced but it's stale. The chicken teriyaki was good but the beef is just bad, and they give you super small portions of meat. Also the customer service is horrible. The cook yelled at me when my food was ready, and I was just trying to find out which order was what. Definitely not going back.
