I have a business account with this bank and I would say they have the worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for a call from Tony Pruitt and when he finally calls me, I miss the call by 10 minutes because I was seeing a patient. I return the call and I said “I’m returning a call.” And he RUDELY says “YOU CALLED ME, I DIDNT CALL YOU.” Well after finding out who he was, I said I have a business account there and was expecting a call from you. Then he Just says, well I’ll have to call you back. I have also called numerous times and left numerous messages to his assistant Teri Valdez and have NEVER received a return phone call ever. I went ahead and emailed the president of the bank, Lori Baldock, explaining how frustrated I was with how long they were taking with the SBA PPP Loan. And everyone knows how time sensitive and how important this is since the economy is under the worst conditions due to this COVID19. Her response was probably one of the most sub par responses ever. She states she is sorry for the INCONVENIENCE and suggested I apply for a DIFFERENT LOAN! WOW! Can you believe that? The other loan she suggested I apply for isn’t even from the government and wouldn’t help me tremendously like the SBA PPP loan would. This bank definitely DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! Do not bring your business here even if it’s not a business account. They have shown they truly do not care.

I am visiting from out of town spilled something in my vehicle you’re unhelpful employee on Matlock Lane would not let me get a roll of quarters for a 10 bill I pray your bank and shane never comes to my state of Oklahoma because I will never use you can help a stranded customer needing change
