The Urgent Care was extremely helpful and very fast. The Dr was caring, helpful, insightful and informative. He made sure he looked at my chart to see what other breathing issues I had and made sure he explained things throughly and made sure if I wasn't getting better that I knew which days he was working so I could come back to see him. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to see a Dr for a non-emergency issue because they will take care of you.

Great team-mates and outstanding service. As a Vietnam veteran, I didn't believe that the VA would ever give us a break and allow us to go to a doctor close by. I work as a Service Officer in Stanwood and have suggested a number of times that Skagit Regional Clinic in Arlington is a great place in an emergency situation. Thanks, Bob H.

I'm not sure why my first review disappeared, but here I go one more time. On February 27th I drove from Mt Vernon. When I arrived, the staff was checking us in and continually told everyone to get in line. However, as soon as we get in line, everyone begins bunching up with no social distancing and no one enforced social distancing. As I stepped to the side several times to avoid being close to others, I was told to get back in line. When I complained about folks not social distancing, I was ignore mostly. When we get upstairs, there are stickers on the floor for social distancing and every member of staff is reminding folks to social distance. That little effort worked. Yesterday, I returned for my 2nd dose. Same staff, same problem. Even as I reminded the same woman I initially encountered of the issue. She made a slightly bigger effort to remind people. Still, no floor stickers. I have not had contact with family and friends for over a year just to go get my shot and have my safety and health put at risk? No! They need to do a better job.

Visited Skagit Regional Urgent Care Clinic last Sunday because my primary care clinic was not available. I anticipated having to wait a long time but they were extremely efficient, sorting people who came into various rooms and holding areas according to need. I was helped immediately and my issue was resolved quickly and satisfactory. All the healthcare providers involved with me were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel important and valued while taking care of my concern.

I saw Dr. Riojas yesterday, and I am so grateful to him. I found him to be quite thorough and Compassionate. He also put me at ease with my situation. I look forward to being able to walk better as a result. Feeling encouraged
