This location has been set up as a COVID vaccination site. I don't normally go to this clinic, but I took my Mom to get her vaccine. I was very impressed at the organization and professionalism at this place. They were so very organized and got us through very quickly. In and out within 30 minutes! Awesome experience! Also, there were a lot of people, the nurse said they'd probably see about 300 people that day! Crazy busy!

I visited Skagit Regional Health Urgent Care Clinic last Friday and saw nurse practitioner Rae Boyd who examined me to find out why I've been spiking fevers following a surgery. She was extremely thorough in her exam and in ordering diagnostic tests to help identify the root cause of those fevers. She was also very diligent in following up (during the same visit) with my doctor's surgical team. She even made suggestions & recommendations that my doctor's team didn't think of as a precaution. She has shown genuine care, concern, and compassion towards me and did everything she could to help me recover from my ailment. I really appreciate her taking her time and using the tools available to render the best care I needed at that moment. I couldn't say enough how much I appreciated it. Thank you Rae.
My son had a broken wrist. He was seen promptly through urgent care. He was diagnosed and treated from X-ray to splint in under one hour! He’s only 5 and is full of energy. The staff was wonderful with him!
My husband was seen there twice recently for two urgent care visits, not for regular Dr.s visits. I'm active duty military so therefore my husband is my dependant. Tricare, which is our insurance, covers urgent care visits. Tricare's website specifically says that active duty dependents can go to any urgent care facility for urgent care visits and that those visits are covered. This clinic keeps billing them as regular Dr.s visits which then causes Tricare to bill my husband!! He should not be getting billed and both his and I's medical insurance is 100% so that means we should not be paying anything!! This is ridiculous!! These last two visits are not his first time there so if they would have reviewed the previous bills to Tricare, they could have easily figured out how to bill Tricare correctly!! The next step will be a formal complaint!!
The only reason I'm giving this 1 star even is because I've had previous good/ok experiences. Today though my 2 year old was taken in by my husband for we think a recurrent hernia, his doctor wanted him taken to urgent care instead of waiting for an appointment, he had hernia surgery at 5 months old. My husband had a long wait followed by sitting in a room with our screaming shaking child for an hour, understandably he was VERY angry about this. The doctor came in and pushed on the area making pain worse then stated he didn't know what was wrong and told my husband to take him to childrens hospital. Through all of this nobody listened to what he said, somehow thought my sons surgery was only a couple weeks ago and were treating my husband like he's a dumb angry bear. I'm not impressed at all and am extremely angry and disappointed in how my family was treated. My husband is a fantastic man and our son was in pain needing an actual examination
