Scammers! Do not use these people...my insurance approved my claim and was told it would be 104 after insurance and the office staff at Smiles of Arlington, told me it would be 500 (for fillings.) My friend has the same exact insurance as I do, and they only charged him 200 OUT OF POCKET for wisdom teeth removal. They took my x-rays and wanted me to put money down right then for my fillings.

Whatever you do please DO NOT go to this dentistry!!!! I was told my child was getting fast braces and it took 3yrs for some braces. They kept canceling appointments, stalling to do cleaning instead of the work that was suppose to be done. I had to get with a lawyer and let them know for her braces to come off due to not having a person available because they decided to do Invisalign only instead. After the braces was taken off they took 2 weeks for the retainer to be ready. When I signed up for braces I clearly requested for a permanent retainer and they said no problem. Today I am here and the head dentist states that no one gets a retainer at the top of their teeth just the bottom. She states they will touch each other due to the way they lined the teeth. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to a dentist office. The dentist states she just found out about this appointment an hour before we came and didn’t know anything about it or me coming. The front desk doesn’t know or communicate with the dentist so when you come in they have no clue. All this dentist office want to do is schedule cleanings and make you wait for at least 2hrs from your original time of your appointment. Also they come to say my child needs root canal and a crown on the same tooth for 1837#scamtoitsbest. If I could rate this dentist office a -10 I would. Whatever you do please do not go to their dentistry!!!! I am beyond disappointed.

Never disappointed with this clinic's very professional, high quality and prompt service. I've been their patient for over 15 years. Yesterday, one of my veneers fell off and I immediately called the office if they can schedule me with Dr. Zamora to re-attach it. Dr. Zamora was on vacation but I was immediately assigned to Dr. Jenkins that same day. Wow, that's what you call personalized attention! Their staff always make you feel special. I highly recommend Smiles Family Dental.
