Currently waiting to be initially checked in for my 10:30 appointment and it is 10:55 as I’m writing this. I arrived at 10:15... this office has no sense of urgency or kindness toward their patients. Someone else told me they were waiting for an earlier appointment for an hour before the were called in. I have to get back to work and was told the whole process would take less than 1 hour from the time I walked in. I have been here almost 45 minutes! Update: I am starting to “check in” at 11:10 am! It’s 11:50 now and I’m sitting in a “cape” waiting to go in to get my service done. An hour and a half has passed and I haven’t even seen a radiologist or their assistants!! I am so frustrated and appalled by my entire experience

I had a biopsy done on my breast today which as you know is not the most comfortable thing to do. Anxiety kicked fully in and my emotions where all over the place; however, the sonogram tech did the most comforting thing. In a time of great emotional distress, she simply gently rubbed my hand during the entire procedure. I can’t explain the comfort that small gesture gave me. I don’t know your name, but from the bottom of my heart I THANK YOU. The doctor was also by informative, compassionate, and welcoming. I had an amazing first experience during a very stressful and uncertain time.

My very first experience with Solis was in the Mansfield clinic. They were amazing!! (20 minutes from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out). I am disappointed to say my first experience at the MCA Solis Clinic did not go well. In fact, it didn't really go at all. I arrived at 830AM for a 845AM appointment. I was checked in about 840AM, taken to the back by 855AM where I sat for 1 hour. When I asked one of the employees if they had forgotten about me, she said \let me check\. She came right back saying \you're next\. By 1020AM, I had still not been seen (plenty of others had been seen. I would guess 15-20 other women came and went by the time I gave up). I had to leave to get to work by 11AM. I told the woman at the front desk I was leaving, making sure they did NOT charge my insurance company. I get that waiting is a part of medical appts, but being completely ignored cannot be acceptable. For an industry that puts such emphasis on customer surveys, this experience was a complete fail.

Extremely painful I told the technician but she didn’t really seem to care. I have one every year and have never felt pain like that during a mammogram. I am about a B cup I can’t even imagine the pain I would have felt had I been bigger busted. I honestly think it was the technician. Makes me want to skip next years.

I was sent here by my doctor, 2 days after seeing my doctor and my mastitis got worse. When they asked me the “COVID” question and answered yes to some of them they told me I have to r/s. Mastitis and COVID symptoms are almost identical. I think there should be an exemption for these cases. Especially them know i gave birth 10 days ago and had to get tested for COVID. The 1 star is only for the nice lady that tried to help me out.
