This store is the absolute most organized I have ever visited! Representatives are polite and professional. I worked with a rep named Kim after receiving incorrect information over the phone, then traveling to an incorrect location (Given over the phone) after explaining my issue, she instructed me correctly and then assisted in fixing the issue at hand. I can’t thank you all enough for quickly helping to end a three week issue.

This store has some of the best customer service that i have experienced at a Spectrum store. The store was clean and i was greeted upon entering the store. There was not a long wait before i was helped. The person that assisted me was Kim she was friendly and very knowledgeable on the question that i needed answers to. I absolutely love this location! Deleon, assisted me with my service issues, and was very knowledgeable. He took the matters into his hands, as if there were his own issues, and turned a bad issue with the services, into an exceptionally pleasant experience all together! No matter where I move within the metroplex, I will only come to this store! Great job!

Real slow.they allows the customers kids to run all the store.play on furniture.play with other stuff.never ask the customers to watch their kids.are ask them to speak to the kids

Not exactly a review of this specific store but of the company itself. How do you have a service outage 2 days in a row at exactly the same time. On top of that the automated phone service is a joke and just frustrates the situation more bc it doesn't interpret what is said properly and after finally getting it to understand will then ask the same thing 2 questions later. Definitely need an overhaul on your system.
