Food was cold and under cook. The ribs were cold and tasted AWFUL. Jasmine rice wasn't done. The water tasted AWFUL and unfiltered. The fries were cold, greasy and salty. The Waiter was slow an overwhelmed and had the nerve to suggest a tip. After we sent back 85% of the food we ordered back

Service was just off - had three waiters come say they were our waiter (one even said they were taking over and the others were not correct). Even with 3 srving us, service was just slow. Food was good though, location is great, and for the most part - we enjoyed being there. This could easily be a 5 star rating - just take care of the service issues. I recommend it and would go back for sure. Try the new cake by Carlos bakery - it is huge!!!
Disaster started when I was just simply trying to place the order. Should have known this would be a preface to what the food would be like. The server couldn’t even find my entree in the system. Tried to tell me it didn’t exist until another server helped and corrected her. My husband went to pick up the food and they handed him a DoorDash order that wasn’t even ours. Once he got the correct food home, we then discovered there were no utensils or napkins. They forgot the dipping sauce for the wings and gave me bleu cheese dressing for my salad instead of the ranch I requested. The icing on the cake you ask...? The side of hair I so generously received in my whiskey chicken. Will never order or dine here again!! Stay away.
Two sizzling plates of beef and chicken were order; however, burnt food created a bad experience of the food taste in this restaurant. This branch can also be cleaner. The servers were kind but couldn't help with the bad food.
Not the same as it has been in the past. Food is not as good, service although friendly, is not fast or accurate. Ate my whole meal as slow as I could until my husband's meal was corrected, which was not but the waitress was too nice and he was too hungry to wait again. We will just not be coming back. It's unfortunate. If you are in the area, you are better off going to Chili's down the road.
